Navirec system enables to monitor the cars supplied with GPS (Global Positioning System) in real time. The data communication is forwarded by using GPRS- General Packet Radio Service system which guarantees the constant flow of data, as a result of which the constant monitoring of cars on the location map is possible. Additional information such as speed, coordinates and all other required matters to get an adequate overview of the movement and functioning of the car can be always monitored in the information window.All that is required is web browser and a small device that is placed inside the vehicle.

Functionality

• Real time control: over the activities of the cars, i.e. engine regime, places of driving, speeds of drives, parking places. The map functions such as the marking of the objects of interests on the map, saving of views etc. have been attached extra.

• Restoring of history: real restoring of routes with the description of map, parking places, times and durations. Submission of the information on the driving such as speeds, durations, times (operating, standing and parking time).
•  Statistics: generation of day-based and/or drive-based reports, possibility of transmission of the data, possibility of PDF reports.

• Logbook: the data of drives are fulfilled automatically by the system and the user only has to fill in the objectives of the drive and the suitable report is ready.

Cost

The pricing policy is mainly based on the client’s requirement for information. As a result the equipment is installed to indicate as good picture as possible in real time and restoring of the past. The price of the system consists of two cost items which is the purchase-sale price of the equipment and monthly fee.

Guaratee and development

The guarantee for the equipment is 1 year or in accordance with the length of the lease contract (36 months). In occurrence of failures in the equipment our maintenance team reacts within maximum 2 workdays (the guarantee repairs is performed at Pärnu mnt. 160E, Tallinn) and, if required, the equipment will be replaced with new ones.

The development and amendment of the solution is continuous process. Navirec completes its systems on an on-going basis and the updates to be added are all free of charge for our clients. The constant and free update of the controller’s software guarantees the best and most reliable service. The exceptions are of course the large-scale client-based implementations of the special solutions which can be separately agreed.
